had a ton of fun on this one. started out just wanting to practice perspective and anatomy, and somehow make one of these di**os was call tattoo machines actually look cool lol

fighting through the texture on the wood with colored pencil was a nightmare, good lesson to sand it down before the next one. and using the epoxy was definitely a slight learning curve, but now I'll be sealing everything in resin 😜

I apologize for not getting to all my messages this week, I've been out sick the last couple days. If you're waiting on a response I'm about to get to it in the next hour or so!

In the meantime check out what might be my favorite tattoo I've done this year, the video does it so little justice, and I definitely need to get some healed shots of it to show off how nicely this piece healed out!

This is an Anime Style Pinup of Karlach from Balder's Gate 3 that I got to put on my wonderful wife over the course of a few sessions throughout the year. I'm always down for anything Dungeons and Dragons, or just nerdy fun stuff in general.

Some still shots of the one I posted yesterday. I don't know about you, but I personally prefer looking at photos of people's work over watching a reel. I want to get a chance to look at the details and study the techniques behind the art I'm looking at.

This was my first time ever doing a pet portrait, it was definitely nerve wracking, but we got there. This reference photo wasn't perfect, but we made it work and now he'll have his friend with him forever, always able to look at this piece and remember watching how excited they would get over playing in the snow.

gunna need one more session on this one, he was feeling it after the blacks so we'll be hitting the opaques next month once it's healed and make sure that little cross goes away forever.
