15 years, countless memories, and SO many lives touched along the way! 🎉💙

Chad started at The Heritage in 2011 fresh out of RN school, and ever since, he has been one of the friendly, familiar faces that residents and staff can always count on. 👏🏽😊

If you know Chad, you know he’s always ready with a smile, a conversation, and probably a good story too! One of his favorite parts of the job is hearing about the incredible lives and memories our residents share with him each day — and in return, he’s created so many meaningful connections of his own over the years. ❤️🏡

His compassion, dedication, patience, and ability to make people feel comfortable are just a few of the things that make him such an important part of our Heritage family. From helping residents through difficult moments to sharing laughs in the hallways, Chad brings heart into everything he does. 🙌✨

🎶💛 Sometimes the smallest moments make the biggest impact.
When one of our residents was having a tough day, Ryan, our Life Enrichment Director, grabbed his guitar and turned the moment around with a little music and a lot of heart 🎸✨
The smiles, singing, and laughter that followed were such a beautiful reminder of how meaningful connection can be. Moments like these are what make our community so special 💛

Residents have been loving our new Weather Hub where they can keep up with live radar, storm tracking, temperatures, humidity, and the daily forecast all day long. 🎓✨ From CRCA… to LPN… to RN this December 💙👏

Jamie began her journey at The Heritage 7 years ago as a CRCA, and over the years we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow into the incredible nurse and person she is today. This December, she’ll officially graduate from Owens Community College with her RN 🩺📚 — all while continuing to work full time at The Heritage, completing her apprenticeship at ProMedica, and raising her daughter, Mackenzie 💪✨

Her journey has been filled with long shifts, late nights studying, hard work, and so much dedication, but she has continued to push herself every step of the way. From becoming an LPN to now reaching this huge milestone, Jamie’s determination and work ethic have never gone unnoticed 💙

And through every chapter of this journey, Mackenzie has been right there beside her 🥹💛 From stopping by to visit mom’s “coworkers” at The Heritage to cheering her on through school, she’s been part of it all — and if you ask Mackenzie, the best part of graduation might finally be getting the kitty she’s been patiently waiting for 🐱✨

We are beyond proud of Jamie and everything she has accomplished over the last 7 years. Her story is such a beautiful example of perseverance, growth, compassion, and never giving up on your goals 👏🎉

Our residents spent Senior Health & Wellness Day making their way through festive games and interactive stations filled with laughter, smiles, and a little friendly competition along the way. From start to finish, it was such a fun afternoon celebrating health, happiness, and time together. 💃🌵
