We had an amazing time at our annual Census BBQ!☀️

Employees enjoyed their choice of steak, chicken, or pork chop, competed in games, won prizes, and even earned the chance to pie the manager of their choice!🥧

There was no shortage of laughs, friendly competition, and great memories made throughout the afternoon. 🎉

A huge thank you to our incredible Heritage team. Your hard work, compassion, and dedication are what make The Heritage such a special place for our residents and families. Amy brings all three to The Heritage every single day! 👏🏡

As our MDS Coordinator, Amy helps ensure our residents receive the care and services they need while supporting our clinical team behind the scenes. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help make a difference throughout our campus. 📋💙

Amy has been part of the Trilogy family for 4 years and has dedicated her entire career to long-term care. With 20 years of nursing experience and 18 years as a long-term care aide before becoming a nurse, she has spent nearly four decades serving seniors and their families. 🩺❤️

After transferring from our sister campus, Briar Hill, Amy has become an important part of the Heritage team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with her. We are grateful for the leadership, expertise, and passion she shares with our residents and fellow team members each day. 🌟

💙✨ What a special day at The Heritage! ✨💙

Residents and team members gathered in our Estates for a very special retirement celebration honoring two beloved members of our Heritage family.

Steve, RN, is retiring after 15 years of caring for residents at The Heritage. His compassion, dedication, and steady presence have touched the lives of countless residents, families, and fellow team members over the years.

We also celebrated Tina, who is retiring after 17 years of service at The Heritage. Throughout her career, she served in several departments, always bringing kindness, hard work, and a caring heart to everything she did.

The room was filled with laughter, memories, cake, cards, gifts, balloons, and heartfelt appreciation as residents and staff came together to celebrate two people who have helped make The Heritage feel like home. 🎂🎁🎈✨

Steve and Tina, thank you for your years of service, your commitment to our residents, and the lasting impact you’ve made on our campus. While you will both be greatly missed, we couldn’t be happier for you as you begin this exciting new chapter. 🎉

Jean has been busy helping with our Campus in Color project, including picking out beautiful flowers to help brighten up our campus for the season! 🌼🌿 Her kindness, creativity, and willingness to jump in and help make our community even more beautiful is just one of the many reasons she is so loved at The Heritage. 💙

Residents, families, and community members gathered at The Legacy Neighborhood to plant beautiful flowers and create colorful potted arrangements to take home. 🌸🌿 From picking out blooms to getting their hands in the soil, everyone had a chance to be creative while enjoying time together.

Events like these are about so much more than flowers—they’re about making memories, sharing smiles, and bringing people together. 😊🪻✨

🎨✨ Paint, creativity, and good company—sounds like a perfect afternoon at The Heritage!

Our residents had a wonderful time painting wooden signs and adding their own unique flair to each project. We love seeing creativity come to life and the smiles that come with it! 💙🖌️
