Don't assume, because you are on Medicare, that your medical bills are correct. I had one of our clients bring a medical bill to me today for $172. They did not know why Medicare or their supplement didn't pay for this. It took me 15 minutes to determine that Medicare had denied the claim because the doctor submitted the wrong Medicare Claim Number with the claim to Medicare. The doctor will resubmit the claim, and Medicare will pay 100%. My clients cost for my service is $15. My client's savings is $172.,,Medical Cost Care.
