🌳 I saw a post today about how we’re not machines. We, humans with souls, need spaciousness. Need moments for wonder, for awe. For simple connection. For inspiration to drop in. We need sunrises and crackling fires, the freshness of flowing water, the breeze caressing our faces. We need nature. Because we are nature.

😬We’re not machines here to endlessly produce. Productivity became the ticket to our worth. It’s false. You’re worthy because you exist. 🌻

🌞 summer solstice is upon us this weekend! As the male hummingbird arrived to the feeder with his bright red throat shining, it’s the perfect reminder for us that with this rotation of the sun, it’s time to shine our light, to express our blossoming, to thrive, to be full, and to continue to grow.

🌞 around this time of each month, there are plenty of opportunities to come out to your soul sanctuary and receive, dive into your connection, to express your blossoming, to pray together, to shine together.

🎶🤎 and that was a wrap for Kakao & Kirtan (for a while at least)

🤎🎶 we’ve delighted in bringing these ceremonies to the inner nature community (and even a bit beyond)

🎶🤎 time and time again I’ve tried to describe the gifts of this ceremony. How singing is so beneficial to us.

🤎🎶 but it’s beyond words. Indescribable shifts and healings happen during the Kakao & Kirtan ceremonies over these years.

🎶🤎 for me, ishq allah (this song) has provided so much. Full circle experienced and healing. Holding me through heartbreaks of multiple kind two years ago when we first sang this song at St Luke’s for the winter Kakao & Kirtan prayer to full forgiveness, of multiple kinds, in this last year. My heart cracks open in this song.

🤎🎶 what a gift to have the opportunity to share these prayers with my dear friend and brother Adam Kandel . I’m so curious and excited to see what the path may unfold into next

🔥🤎🎶it’s that special time at inner nature once again ~~ Fireside Kakao & Kirtan!

🎶 countless times I feel the presence of God through music.

🎵 in ceremony, we step out of the mundane and open to the sacred. These songs are ways we can lift ourselves and align with the divine. And many of you know the harmonic gifts Adam carries with his music.

☕️ Cacao opens our hearts, and helps us feel and KNOW our connection. To all that’s holy. To the drop of the Mystery within. To all our relations.

🤎🎶 the combination of cacao and medicine songs ((prayerful songs)) helps us release the heaviness in our hearts and lighten up. It’s way better to be able to engage with whatever is before us in the world and in life when we have lightened ourselves us.

🤎 they say the angels fly because the take themselves lightly

🌸SAT JUNE 6: Shamanic Practices for Mesa Carriers 6:30pm. We’ll all make a personal despacho, you’ll deepen your practice in this art of offering!

🌳SUN JUNE 7: “Nature Church” 8am. Sunday mornings have been beginning at Morgan Run (729 Klees Mill Rd). Cold River immersion at 8am. Enjoy a personal morning meditation or practice. Connect with the community that shows up. Simple connection within, to the divine, with nature, with community.

🗝️THURS JUNE 11: The Pause: Gene Keys Contemplation. 7-8pm These are sweet moments to pause, rest and listen to one of the 64 mystical Gene keys.

🦅FRI JUNE 12: Assembling Reality Meditation 8-8:45am In my opinion, this is one the best ways you could begin your day.

🔥SAT JUNE 13 - SUN JUN 14: Fireside Kakao & Kirtan Ceremony with Adam Kandel & Becca Steinbach as our featured celebration for 4 YEARS(!) of Inner Nature at the Soul Sanctuary! Option to Campover afterwards (or return in the morning) to have a slow Sunday communion. Optional Yoga, optional cold plunge, and vegetarian breakfast provided.

Pre-registration required for these events to occur!!! I know last minute choices are nice (especially for us Generators); however we need to know a general idea of who is in 🤗 without enough pre-registrations, events won’t happen. So please sign up if you’ll be there!
