Our recent retreat, Interbeing 11: DAWN, was everything we hoped it could be and more, and we were absolutely amazed at what an open minded & open hearted group of humans came together for it. Even though the programming and structure of these events have similarities from iteration to iteration, the overall experience of each weekend is impossible to predict, as it is based so heavily on the unique perspectives and energies of the guests. The convergence that happened for this event was so inspiring; we’re beyond grateful to everyone who was a part of it for bringing such authenticity, creativity, and such a deep sense of community!

This weekend will see the 11th iteration of the INTERBEING nature + wellness + community retreat series. We are beyond thrilled to step into co-creative community with a diverse and absolutely inspiring group of humans (this event has reached capacity!). Together we will explore, connect, refresh, grow, witness, play, dance (featuring DJ sets from Dendrotic, Thuja, and Michaelton), and dream as we simultaneously acknowledge our responses to the many challenges of this particular moment in time. When the sun rises it does not banish darkness, but integrates it, balances it, transmuting night into shadows whose presence remains with us throughout the day. This retreat will find us supporting each other in all our strivings for balance, equilibrium, clarity, and coherence, strengthening and reflecting back to one another the brightness that each person shines with. We are honored to hold space for this unfolding. (And worry not if the stars didn’t align for you to join us this time around, the next INTERBEING will be in September!)

In past years, Interbeing retreats have typically focused on a single theme or wellness modality; in 2026, we are delighted to offer retreats that offer a little something for every part of your whole being: from prompted journaling to dance parties, guided meditation to yoga for all bodies, sound bathing to nature relation, ephemeral art to spaciousness, thermic cycling to naps, music to story circles. Guests will be invited into a weekend of relaxation, curiosity, shared wisdom, open-heartedness, and community. Interbeing 11: DAWN
