What a blessing it was to have so many of you come together to honor Dusty and his family and show them love and support!

Thank you to everyone who brought the energy to the workout and helped make the morning so special.

So many memories were shared.. we laughed, we cried, we celebrated. It’s amazing how a man of so few words, could bring so many people together and leave such a lasting impact.

We are incredibly honored and grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Thank you for showing up and showing support to not only the family, but to each other. Let’s all continue to be a part of what Dusty helped to build!

2. Hanging Knee Raises: use straps or hang from the bar for a great challenge

Struggling with pushups? 👇Start here!

Elevated pushups ➡️ Progress to a lower point.

Continue that process until you're in the traditionally correct pushup form.

Another trick is to try "negatives" by lowering down as slowly as possible, and then resetting your pushup.
