Last week, the Bloom team gathered together in beautiful Brown County for a retreat focused on connection, collaboration, and growth 🌿✨

We were incredibly grateful to stay at Dr. Ridel’s beautiful cabin ( a huge shoutout and thank you to her for opening up such a welcoming space for our team) 💙

Our time together included:

💡 Big-picture brainstorming
🧘 Beginner-friendly yoga & meditation
🤝 Team collaboration and planning
🌱 Meaningful conversations about how we can continue improving our services and giving back to our community

At Bloom, we are always striving to grow, as clinicians, as a team, and as a practice. We’re excited about what’s ahead and all the ways we’re continuing to evolve to better serve our community.
