5 CPR facts:

Immediate CPR can double or even triple a person's chance of survival after sudden cardiac arrest by helping maintain blood flow to the brain and vital organs.

Hands-only CPR is recommended for most adults who suddenly collapse. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest until emergency help arrives.

The correct compression rate is 100–120 compressions per minute, which is about the beat of the songs Stayin' Alive or Crazy in Love.

Brain damage can begin within 4–6 minutes without oxygen, which is why calling 911, starting CPR, and using an AED quickly are so important.

AEDs are designed for ordinary people to use. They provide step-by-step voice instructions and will only deliver a shock if one is needed.

Bonus fact: CPR does not restart the heart. It helps circulate oxygenated blood until advanced medical care and, if needed, an AED can restore a normal heart rhythm. ❤️🫀

Group discounts begin with a minimum of 6 participants. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the group, location, and type of class being requested.

For example:
• One-time group sessions typically receive $10 off per person.
• Businesses, schools, factories, healthcare facilities, and organizations scheduling recurring trainings or larger groups may qualify for additional discounted pricing.

I can also accommodate larger groups and special events. For example, I will be adding six additional participants along with two inspectors for upcoming training sessions.

My goal is to make CPR training affordable, accessible, and convenient while still providing quality hands-on instruction.
