Surrender is the key. Which, let’s be honest, it’s really challenging to get to that level of trust in the process. The body is wise, in most cases it is able to self correct if we create space for it to happen. We just have to get out of our own way. Make sure to follow the Transformative Talks account! Good news and bad news… I am pretty solidly booked out about 5 weeks at this point. If you are a first time client, you may have to wait to get added to to rotation. If you are a current client…please please please, I encourage you to schedule out 2-3 appointments at a time. Especially if you have purchased a package. I want to make sure you are able to get in when you need. Make sure also to fill out the waitlist form so if there are cancellations, I can contact you to try and get you in sooner. 💖💖💖.

Be mindful of where you are putting your energy. Thoughts, intentions and actions will all align you with a certain frequency. This also applies to the subconscious…if you can’t seem to align, check yourself 💖💖💖
