I had the beautiful opportunity to join Chelsey Gilbert Transformative Journeys Therapeutic Bodywork LLC on the first episode of The Energetic Experience Series on her YouTube channel, Transformative Talks ✨

We explored how thoughts and media can shape our energy, and how conscious awareness can help us move out of lower vibrations like fear and anger into more grounded, aligned states. I also shared how my work at 128HertzIndy supports energetic balance and nervous system regulation, offering tools to help raise frequency through intention, sound, and mindful presence.

These conversations matter. When we choose our thoughts with care, become mindful of what we allow into our field, and intentionally raise our frequency, we actively participate in shaping the world around us. I’m grateful to Chelsey for holding space for dialogue that empowers awareness and collective healing. 💙

🎥 I invite you to watch, listen, and feel into what resonates.
