Steady rain since yesterday

Won’t get me reading in outside BUT I can still get the benefits of morning sun sitting by an open window

Getting my reading and my sun at the same time- love stacking

Followed it up with a great meditation by the open window as well

Find ways, NOT excuses

What do you currently do with regularity that you once made excises for not being able to do??

I’ll start- waking up at a consistent time (about 4:45) without an alarm clock

This was@never an option for me

I’d hit snooze as many times as possible and often wind up late or just skip out on what was planned. Be it class, work, etc

Now, my inner clock is so well synchronized with the natural light/dark cycle that I fall asleep with ease not long after sunset and consistently wake up roughly 30min before sunrise-

This has been life changing in so many beneficial ways

I’d love to hear your stories of progress and health- share away!

LOVE my morning routine-

Sunrise, grounding, birds chirping, peace, calm, ritual-

It took me a long time to break free from my programming and change my life

It’s not that it’s hard to reprogram- it’s that I believed the programming

Then- I began to believe in myself more

And I committed to take back control and change
