This meditation starts with gentle movements while standing and then in a chair to release energy from the day. Flowing into meditation of body scan, tightening and releasing different muscles groups. Flowing into a creative imagery meditation, into silent meditation and then journaling on your experience. Sharing can be done after or not it is up to you.
