One Year of Crash Box Therapy

It has officially been one year since the grand opening of Crash Box Therapy, and my heart is full of gratitude.

First, I want to thank each and every person who has supported me on this journey of growth and building this business. Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and belief in me as I pivoted from retail ownership with Earthly Temptation Wellness into creating Crash Box Therapy — a wellness hub right here in Fitchburg.

This past year has been an incredible journey. I have learned so much moving from retail into a full-service, experience-based business. Since opening, we have made changes, adjusted, listened, and grown from everything this first year has taught us.

As we continue to grow, my hope is that Crash Box Therapy continues to meet your needs — as a space for mental wellness, family fun, group connection, and a place you feel proud to bring your out-of-town guests.

We exist because the community asked for this space, and we are here for you.

In this coming year, you can look forward to youth programs, more wellness days, and more community workshops designed to help people let out stress, reconnect, and feel supported.

As always, it is a blessing to be part of this community.
