ry 1st, 2012 per Florida State Regulations:
- All guests must have a government issued ID to receive a tattoo or body piercing procedure.
- ONLY minors receiving tattoo or piercing procedure are allowed on the premises when accompanied by a parent or gaurdian.
- All minors receiving procedures must have a government issued ID. (Driver's license, passport, birth certificate, etc.)
- All adults accompanying minors must have a government issued ID.
- No tattooing procedures will be performed on a minor under the age of 16. There is no state age limit on piercing, it is up to the discretion of the professional on staff if they so choose to do the procedure requested.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody who will not comply.
