Dear Members of Summit Health and Fitness:

I hope this communication finds you well. The closing of Summit Health and Fitness was difficult for many and I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Summit Fitness was uniquely special and I will forever be filled with gratitude for the people who allowed me to serve their health and fitness needs.

I miss the people most and would love to continue serving your health and fitness needs. I will be working at Evolve Flagstaff beginning in August and hope that you will consider scheduling Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning services with me. The easiest way to coordinate schedules is to book online.

Kids Zone will be closed Monday morning, 05/01/2023 due to a staff emergency. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note, no members will be charged for kids zone services in May and May KZ schedule has been posted downstairs for availability.
