Dr. Brian Cripe is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a partner of Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona.
He also serves as Division Chief of Plastic Surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology at Flagstaff Medical Center. His practice encompasses advanced cosmetic surgery, including deep plane facelifts and refined breast and body contouring, as well as peripheral nerve microsurgery, hand surgery, limb salvage, and oncologic reconstruction. Dr. Cripe is also among the first in the region to offer adipose-derived stem cell grafting for chronic joint pain, an innovative regenerative approach that reflects his focus on restoring both function and quality of life.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Cripe attended Michigan State University as a National Merit Scholar, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in zoology and journalism, followed by a master’s degree in marine biology. He completed medical school at the University of Queensland, with clinical training at the Ochsner Clinical School, graduating with honors in 2014. He then completed a highly competitive six-year integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Virginia Tech Carilion. Dr. Cripe is a published author, national presenter, and co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Ateleva. He sees patients in Flagstaff and Sedona and brings a patient-centered philosophy shaped by both technical precision and innovation.
