Have you ever heard of your “biological age” — sometimes called your *bio age*?
Most people focus on how many birthdays they’ve had… but your body may actually be aging at a very different pace. 👀
Your **chronological age** is simply the number of years you’ve been alive.
But your **biological age** reflects how your body is functioning internally — including your energy, metabolism, muscle health, inflammation levels, recovery, sleep, and overall wellness.
That means two people can both be 60 years old… yet one may feel vibrant, active, and energetic, while the other struggles with fatigue, stiffness, and declining health.
So what influences biological aging?
✔ Nutrition
✔ Sleep quality
✔ Stress levels
✔ Muscle mass
✔ Blood sugar balance
✔ Gut health
✔ Inflammation
✔ Daily movement and healthy habits
The encouraging news is this:
Many of the things that affect biological aging are things we *can* support naturally through lifestyle and nutrition choices. 🌿
Healthy aging isn’t just about living longer…
It’s about feeling stronger, thinking clearer, moving easier, and enjoying life more along the way.
That’s why I’m so passionate about wellness from the inside out and supporting the body with healthy daily habits that nourish long-term health and resilience.
✨ The goal isn’t simply to add years to life… but life to our years.
