Nourish. Thrive. WHO WE ARE -

Established by Marty Sheedy in 2022, Alora Grove promotes holistic
health and wellness through natural pain relief products and Pranic
Healing services. The pain relief salve is infused with Pranic Healing
Energy and made with high-quality essential oils and natural bases that
offer a chemical-free alternative to traditional remedies. The name Alora Grove combines “Allay,” meaning relieve or alleviate,
and “Aura,” which is an emanation surrounding the body of a living
creature. The word “Grove” represents a small group of trees that
symbolize nature or natural elements. The name Alora Grove represents
a place where natural energy, relief, and vitality come together. Pairing
with the name, the tagline Soothe. encapsulates Alora
Grove’s core promise, offering gentle relief, restorative care, and a path
to holistic well-being.

Home today, with a full heart and a full notebook.

Thank you, Battle Creek.

Thank you, Jennifer Rossi, for a weekend of learning I will carry into every batch I make.

One last call before the weekend ends.

Today is the final day of our jar sale.

Jars are $18 through tonight, then back to $20.

If your jar is running low, today is the day to restock.

Thank you for supporting a small Michigan business while I keep learning and growing.

Day two of class today, and my heart is full.

Two days of learning, practice, and good questions here in Battle Creek.

Thank you, Jennifer Rossi, for teaching with such care.

What I learn this weekend goes straight into my work.

Every batch of Alora Grove™ salve is made by hand, and made with intention.

Tomorrow I head home, and tomorrow night the jar sale ends.

Jars are $18 through Sunday night, then back to $20.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Messages like this are why I keep making every batch by hand.

One customer told me she uses the salve for her son every night.

That kind of trust means everything to me.

Thank you for letting Alora Grove™ be part of your family's routine.

If the salve or roll on has brought comfort to your home, I would love to hear about it below.

A little salve goes a long way.

Here is how I use the Pain Relief Salve jar.

Scoop a small amount with clean fingertips.

Warm it between your hands for a few seconds.

Massage it into the spot that needs comfort.

Start small.

You can always add a little more.

It is made with arnica, turmeric, peppermint, and lavender, in a base of shea butter, jojoba oil, aloe vera, and yellow beeswax.

Many customers find it becomes part of their daily routine, morning or night.

Jar salves are 10 percent off through Oct 18, now $18.

My evening routine is simple ☀️

Roll on. Breathe. Wind down.

Our Pain Relief Roll On is the bestseller for a reason. No jar, no fingers, just glide it over the spot and go.

Many customers keep one in their bag and one on the nightstand.

New on the blog.

What is Pranic Healing, in plain words.

It is the question I get asked most, so I finally wrote down the honest answer.

Every batch of salve gets my energy before it goes out the door. This is what that looks like.
