We did a friendly little KIDZ VS. PARENTS competition to end the night at Kidz Class last night

The Kidz think they won.
And obviously we would NEVER intentionally let them win just to boost their confidence. 👀😂

But technically… PARENTS WIN. 💁🏼‍♀️

Because our kids are voluntarily working out, getting stronger, burning energy, learning new movements, building confidence, AND thinking they just smoked their parents in the process.

That’s what we call a parenting WIN

Finding your people changes everything.

It starts as a place to work out… and somehow becomes the place you can’t wait to get back to. The place where people notice when you’re missing. Where they celebrate your wins like they’re their own. Where they sit on the floor after class talking about life because no one is in a rush to leave.

Strength is built with barbells, but family is built in moments like these.

I’m so grateful for this community we’ve created together. Thank you for trusting me, supporting each other, and proving every single day that fitness is about so much more than reps and PRs.

Sometimes the strongest thing you’ll ever build… is the circle of people beside you. 🤘🏼🖤💚
