❗We just added a Somatic yoga class on Saturdays at 7:30AM.

🧘🏾‍♂️Somatic Yoga is an infusion of Hatha Yoga and restorative Somatic Therapy techniques. This class prioritizes flow over form and awareness over alignment which offers us access to the body’s wisdom through bottom-up processing. When we utilize this method, it offers us the ability to work our way up to the big and often heavy emotions we carry in our mind by activating and supporting the places these energies store themselves.

🪴We have mats, blocks and blankets. The first class is on us, then only $10 each class.

🎈Wishing Jesse a magical 1st birthday.

🌱Wishing Kara a Happy Birth, Day.

✨Jesse’s current favorite human is his big sister Layla, he just lights up whenever she’s around.

✨You can see the joy in the photos✨

🫶An honest reflection this morning on a beautiful phone call from Kara;

“Today we are closed, we are celebrating the joy that Jesse has brought to our family. Taking a hike and enjoying nature is on the agenda for today. Ya know, Jesse wasn’t easy to get pregnant for. We tried and tried, and had fertility issues. We wanted to grow our family and we weren’t able to do so at the time by adding another child, so 81Ohm became our baby and acquiring the space we have currently. Exactly 2 days after we signed the lease at 130 East 2nd Street, I found out I was pregnant with Jesse. Thought, ok. Here we go. We were able to be open, be functioning but I didn’t feel like we were truly open and successful until after Jesse was born.
Jesse was a surprise to us, a perfect magical being born while my other baby (the business) was just an infant.

I’m thankful for my family. I am thankful for my friends and I am thankful for our clients.

Life is magical, life is short and that is why today I will spend it with Craig, Layla and Jesse.”
