Rest in peace Kacy Cunningham ❤️

There has been a huge loss in the local tattoo community/the world in general and i believe it is only fitting to highlight her, as a memorial and testament to the person she was...

I met Kacy Cunningham when I was just beginning my professional tattooing career, and she became one of those people and one of those friendships that I’ll never forget!

Kacy was an incredible tattoo artist. She actually did several tattoos on me over the years, including the cross on my face and my knuckle tattoos. Knowing that those pieces will always be a part of me means even more now.

But as talented as she was, that wasn't what made Kacy special. She truly had a heart of gold and a personality that was larger than life. She had this almost infectious smile and a way of getting an entire room laughing and smiling right along with her.

I’ll always remember the times we spent just hanging out, laughing, joking around, and giving each other hell. Those are memories that I’ll carry with me forever.

Kacy, even when you were dealing with your own struggles, you still had a way of making someone else's day a little better. That says so much about the kind of person you were.

You will be deeply missed by so many people whose lives you touched. I'm thankful that our paths crossed when they did, and I'm thankful for the memories, the laughs, the friendship, and the artwork you left with me that I'll carry for the rest of my life.

Rest in peace, my friend. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. I'll miss you, Kacy. 🖤

I just wanted to take a minute to say how incredibly thankful I am for every single person who has supported me over the years. Whether you've trusted me with a tattoo, recommended me to a friend, stopped in just to say hi, or simply followed along on this journey—you've helped make this dream possible.

One thing I've always believed is that a tattoo shop should feel welcoming, not intimidating. I've never wanted to be just another tattoo shop. I wanted to build a place where people feel comfortable, where you're treated like family, and where getting a tattoo is more than just another appointment.

That's why I don't pack my schedule full anymore. I'd rather spend quality time with one client at a time than rush people through the door. Some of my favorite memories have come from the conversations, laughs, and friendships that have been built while sitting in that tattoo chair. Those moments mean just as much to me as the tattoos themselves.

🏡 With that being said... exciting things are happening!

I'm in the process of moving into a new location, so I may be closed for a week or two while I get everything ready. I am still booking appointments, but they'll likely be scheduled a few weeks out during the move.

I truly think you're going to love the new place. My hope is that it feels even more like home—a place where you can come hang out, look around, and enjoy the atmosphere, even if you're not getting tattooed that day.

This little business has never just been about tattoos—it's always been about the people. Living in a small town means relationships matter, and I'm grateful to be part of such an amazing community.
