🌸Teacher Spotlight: Annie Falley 🧘🏼‍♀️

We’ve been lucky to have Annie Falley as part of the Here and Now community, and we’re excited to spotlight her!

Annie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher with over 40 years of experience in yoga and bodywork. Her teaching is grounded in mindful movement, strength, mobility, and a thoughtful awareness of the body.

For the month of September, Annie will be teaching:

🧘‍♀️ Wednesdays at 7:30 PM — Restorative Yoga
🧘‍♀️ Saturdays at 9 AM — Basic Yoga

And her private massage therapy sessions continue every Sunday at 12 PM at the studio. 💆🏻
