Starting every Saturday at 10 AM, I’ll be teaming up with the owner Michael Daniels of Round 2 Vision in Villa Hills to bring you fun, challenging, and empowering workout classes for ALL fitness levels.

Each week will be something different:

🔥 Special Guest Instructors, including Hip Hop Fitness Classes and more!

Cost is just $10 per class.
Need childcare? We’ve got you covered for an additional $5.

A few months ago, I was drowning in postpartum anxiety.
I felt lost. Scared. Trapped inside my own mind.
Some days, leaving the house felt impossible.
I constantly wondered: Are my kids okay? What if something happens to them? What if something happens to me and I never make it home?
My mind would spiral into the darkest places.
What if they were kidnapped? What if they got hurt and I wasn’t there to kiss the tears away? What if they got lost and I never saw them again?
The fear felt so real, even when nothing was wrong.
Postpartum anxiety isn’t just worry. It’s carrying a thousand terrifying possibilities in your head every second of every day.
It’s feeling like multiple versions of yourself at once—the loving mother, the exhausted woman, the fearful protector, the person desperately trying to hold it all together.
It’s the battle between your mind and your heart. The battle between fear and reality. The battle between life and death that plays out silently inside your head.
But I’ve crawled out of that hole.
Some days, the anxiety still finds me. Some days, I still have to stop and remind myself to breathe.
But I’m no longer drowning.
And I know I’m not the only one who struggles in silence.
So if you’re fighting this battle too, please know you’re not alone. Someone else understands. Someone else has sat in that darkness and found their way back to the light.
