There’s something nobody really prepared me for after my hysterectomy.
Not the surgery itself. Not even recovery.
It was the tenderness.
For the longest time, my stomach was so tender that wearing a belt felt impossible. Jeans that used to fit suddenly felt miserable. Add in the bloat, digestive discomfort, and that heavy, uncomfortable feeling… and honestly? It wore on me.
I became that person trying all the things.
The over-the-counter products everyone swore by. The teas. The “miracle” fixes. The wellness products friends recommended. The things that promised relief “in days.” I wanted so badly to feel like myself again — comfortable in my own body, able to wear normal clothes without feeling like my stomach was fighting back.
Some things helped a little. Most didn’t.
Then a friend said, “Have you tried Enrich?”
I’ll be honest — by that point, I was skeptical.
But I trusted her, so I gave it a chance.
And for the first time in what felt like forever, I started having consistent daily relief. Not a random good day here and there. Not temporary relief. Consistent.
The bloat eased. My stomach didn’t feel angry all the time. I stopped constantly thinking about digestive discomfort. And one day, without even really realizing it, I put on a belt… and it didn’t feel miserable.
That may sound small to someone else, but when your body hasn’t felt like your body for a while, those little wins feel huge.
I’m not saying one thing fixes everything for everybody — but if you’ve dealt with bloating, digestive discomfort, or feeling “off” after surgery or hormone changes, I know how frustrating it can be.
If you’ve been curious about what’s helped me feel more comfortable again, send me a message. I’m happy to share what I’ve been using ❤️
