Zen Journey Zen Journey My journey with osteonecrosis of the hip has been a challenging one. Yoga therapy has become a powerful tool in this process.

While I haven't yet undergone surgery for the femoral head collapse, I'm actively pursuing a path towards healing and managing the condition. I have a 200 hour yoga certification and I had used it for pain management successfully in the past, so I turned to yoga again as I have had to wait a year to even begin to receive treatment for my condition. It has helped me improve my mobility, manage pain

, and cultivate inner strength. Witnessing its transformative impact firsthand inspired me to pursue certification as a yoga therapist myself. Now, I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others, especially those facing similar challenges. Whether you're looking for pain management, improved mobility, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, I'm here to guide you on your own unique journey through yoga.

Trying an art project. The idea is to commit to a project for 100 days - you get to decide exactly what and the scope. I’m trying to just set aside 15 minutes each day of uninterrupted, distraction-free creative time to draw or write. Whatever comes out is fine, I just want to “do” art in that time. Just to keep myself going, I figured I would post some of it once in a while.
