Often “dieting” consists of restricting calories and food groups to lose weight/cut calories. Now let’s FLIP THE SCRIPT 📜. Instead of taking AWAY food, how about ADDING more produce. Eating a “whole foods diet” (basically anything that is grown from the ground and kept to their natural state as possible/ minimally processed/ foods that came from nature, not a lab 🧪) can dramatically decrease calorie intake and automatically get you into a calorie deficit.

Think about it, can you eat 5 baked potatoes in a sitting? 🥔 It probably would be really hard, but eating an entire bag of potato chips? Easy ✅
