There are so many issues people live with day to day, because they are often led to believe that there is no solution and it's just part of aging, or what to expect after a surgery, or a pregnancy, or an injury. However, often times things can be better, maybe not always 100% better, but better than where they are now. A lot of symptoms are common, but not normal.

My goal as a PT to is improve your knowledge of your body to help understand what is causing the symptoms you have, and then teach you how to use different tools, habit changes and exercises to improve your quality of life and provide some relief and empowerment.

I'm excited to announce the Restore Education Series, now complete with a core class. Each class, Bladder Restore, Bowel Restore and Core Restore is a 1 hour, group session full of education of anatomy, understanding of how our different systems work, and how our muscles and habits can improve each area. I'll be aiming to host 1 class per month interchanging each month. This month is my Bladder Restore course on July 11 and it is already FULL, so if you are interested in the next one call to get your name on the wait list! Next month is the Core Restore course on August 22.
