Fobit Fitness can be anywhere at a company events for power hour, food parks or any sporting event you may have. It is an outside gym that meets anyone and everyone's needs, no matter if you never worked out before, missed a gym day. We have free weights, tires, sandbags, ropes, dumbbells, cable machine, med balls, tire flips etc. When your done working out / getting ready to workout or have misse

d your snack for the day, stop by. FOBIT FITNESS has Power Sacks foods, healthy smoothies made with fruit and the right nutrients; you can add protein, whey protein, vita-shoots, BCAA's, L-C and other great supplements you see on our menu. OVERALL we are here to meet your needs if its working out, nutrients you did not get for the day or want a personnel trainer to help get your body back. BE STRONG BE FIT WORKOUT!!!
