💛Wrap a Child in Softness💛

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and Emergency Care of Floresville is partnering with a local family who's endured this experience.

As part of their healing journey, this family created a mission to bring softness, comfort, and smiles to children battling cancer. A cozy blanket or cuddly stuffed animal can make the most difficult moments feel a little less frightening. 💛

Throughout September, we are collecting the following new items:

Stuffed animals
Blankets
Body pillows
Squishmallows

Drop off your donation at the Emergency Care of Floresville front desk. For each donation, you will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win:

An Amazon Fire tablet
or
A 40-inch Amazon Fire TV

The winners will be drawn live on October 1.

Let's come together to put smiles on children's faces and wrap them in softness. 💛

This evening, Emergency Care of Floresville had the privilege of “Feeding the Tigers“ by serving Raising Cane‘s to the Floresville Football Team.🏈

We are continuously impressed by this exemplary group of young men. Their kindness, respect, faith, teamwork, and willingness to help others truly represents the best of our community.♥️

Thank you to the coaches, players, and families for allowing us to be a small part of your journey this season. 🐅

We wish the Tigers the very best of luck in tomorrow’s game and throughout the season. We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 📣

This morning, Emergency Care of Floresville stopped by the Stockdale Post Office with Body Armor drinks to help keep our hardworking mail carriers hydrated during this Texas heat.

Rain or shine, our postal workers are out every day making sure our mail and packages are delivered safely. We are grateful for their dedication, commitment, and service to our community.

These wellness carts are filled with essentials to help teachers and staff stay healthy, refreshed, and ready to keep doing what they do best, caring for and inspiring our students every day. 🍎📚
