Books are being shipped out every single day. If you follow my stories, you’ve probably seen me posting them regularly. We’re talking thousands and thousands of books, no exaggeration. The support has been incredible.

A lot of these orders came in during presale, and we’ve been fulfilling them ourselves. Mental health and physical health are not separate realities. They are one system expressing itself through different layers.

Every thought you think… every emotion you hold… every unresolved trauma, fear, joy, passion, or purpose creates a biochemical response inside the body.

But somewhere down the bloodline, the truth got distorted.

Conditioning got passed down through generations… not just through words, but through habits, food, environment, and belief systems. So now people inherit patterns they never questioned. Eating what they were given. Thinking how they were programmed. Waiting to be saved instead of remembering they were designed to heal.

That dependency? That’s not natural.

They told you autoimmune disease means your body is attacking itself.

That definition got people at war with their own biology.

I don’t see it like that.

I call it friendly fire! your immune system responding to something it can’t clearly identify in a congested internal environment.

⚔️ WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON

Your “immune system” is designed to protect you.

But when the body becomes overloaded with inflammatory waste, damaged cells, or chronic stress signals… the terrain changes.

Now your immune system knows something is wrong…
