At my Grand Opening of the Dr. Yahki Health & Human Development Center, I led my people through a powerful hour of sound, vocal-guided meditation, prayer, affirmations, and vocal activation. 🙏🏿

THEY HAVE TO DISCONNECT YOU FROM NATURE… BECAUSE NATURE REMINDS YOU WHO YOU ARE! 🌍🌿

Concrete replaced soil. Artificial light replaced sunlight. Screens replaced sunsets. Traffic replaced birds. And somehow we call this advancement.

But NATURE SPEAKS TO YOUR BIOLOGY!

Birds chirping. Whales calling. Dolphins communicating. Crickets singing. Wind moving through trees. Water flowing. Everything in creation moves through rhythm, vibration and frequency.

Why?

The murderous, former cop Sean Grayson has reportedly died in prison today.

I pray his final moments forced him to confront the weight of what he did and the life he took. I pray the last face that crossed his mind before his final breath was the beautiful Sonya Massey. 🙏🏿

Sonya deserved to live. She deserved protection. She deserved justice. She deserved to go on living her life.

SUGAR ISN’T JUST FOOD. IT’S A REWARD SYSTEM HIJACK.

When I say (isolated refined sugar) can behave like a drug, I’m talking about what happens when you remove the fiber, water, minerals and whole food structure and deliver concentrated sweetness directly to the system.

Watch the child who constantly asks, “Can I have a snack?” Opens the refrigerator again and again. Craves the same hyper sweet foods. Gets excited when they see the package before they even taste it.

That anticipation matters.

Science calls part of this the CEPHALIC PHASE. Digestion begins BEFORE THE BITE. 👁️

You see it.
You smell it.
You anticipate it.

The brain activates. Saliva increases. Digestive secretions prepare. Reward pathways respond. The body is already having a biological conversation with food before the food enters the mouth.

That’s why I teach that eating is bigger than calories.

Food is INFORMATION.

And when companies combine refined sugar with engineered flavors, textures and packaging designed to keep you reaching for another hit of pleasure, our children can become trapped in a cycle of craving and reward.

Whole sugarcane is not co***ne, and sugar is not chemically co***ne. But concentrated sugar can strongly engage reward circuitry, which is exactly why we must stop treating unlimited processed sweets like harmless children’s food.
