💙 WE’RE BACK OPEN! 💙

After a very difficult few days, I’m happy to say WE HAVE POWER and we are officially back open! 🙌🏽

Our nurses are in the office and ready to receive you all, take care of you, and get things back on track. 💉💙

I sincerely want to thank every single one of you for your patience, understanding, prayers, messages, and GRACE during this unexpected closure. These storms and tornadoes affected so many people in our community, and this has been a difficult time for both my family and my businesses.

We did everything we could to make sure medications were kept safe, patient needs were addressed as best as possible, and that we did not reopen until we could safely and properly care for you.

Thank you for understanding that sometimes things happen that are simply beyond our control. Your patience and support truly meant a lot to me and my team. 💙🙏🏽

UPDATE 🙏🏽💙

I came into the office this morning to post a sign for our clients and, prayerfully, OUR POWER IS BACK ON! 🙌🏽

Unfortunately, we are still unable to open at this time. While power has been restored, we currently have no internet, no phones, and no access to our client/patient records or systems.

To protect the safety and integrity of our medications, all perishable medications were safely removed from the office during the outage and will remain properly stored until we are fully operational.

We will reassess everything later this afternoon and, if our systems are restored, we are hoping to possibly reopen for evening hours today. Otherwise, we are prayerful that we will be fully operational tomorrow morning. 🙏🏽

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding as we work through the aftermath of these severe storms. Please continue to keep us in your prayers, as we are doing the same for all of our clients, patients, families, and neighbors who have been impacted. 💙🙏🏽

🚨 IMPORTANT OFFICE CLOSURE UPDATE 🚨

To all Belle Lueur Wellness Spa clients and Premium Practitioners Plus patients:

Unfortunately, due to the severe storms and tornadoes that impacted Flossmoor, Homewood, and surrounding communities, our office is currently CLOSED due to a complete power outage.

At this time, we have NO power, NO phones, NO internet, and NO access to our office systems. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this may be, and please know that this situation is just as troublesome for our team as it is for you. We are doing the best we can under circumstances that are completely beyond our control.

💊 If you have medication currently at our office and need immediate access to it, please contact Dr. Tee directly. We will do our best to make special arrangements for you to pick it up safely.

We will reopen and resume normal operations as soon as power and services are restored and will keep everyone updated.
