In honor of Concussion Awareness Day, we’re reminding parents to pay attention after a hard hit to the head or body.

Headaches, dizziness, nausea, confusion, balance problems, or simply “not acting like themselves” can all be signs that it’s time to have them evaluated.

And when in doubt, sit them out.
