✨ Growing in Frequency ✨

There are moments when healing becomes visible.

Recently, during one of our group sound sessions at Lakeside Wellness & Apothecary, intuitive artist Abby Williams sat quietly within the frequencies, vibrations, and energy of the space and allowed her gifts to guide the brush. What emerged was more than a painting—it was an energetic story.

As sound moved through the sanctuary, Abby intuitively painted the frequencies she perceived, capturing luminous orbs and energetic impressions that felt like loving souls simply stopping by to say hello. Whether you see them as energy, spirit, memory, or presence, there is something undeniably beautiful about witnessing the unseen translated into art.

Healing speaks many languages. Sometimes it is sound. Sometimes it is touch. Sometimes it is breath. And sometimes it arrives through color, creativity, and the courage to trust what cannot be explained.

At Lakeside Wellness & Apothecary, we are honored that Abby chose our space to explore and expand her work. Her talent is remarkable, but what shines even brighter is her willingness to serve as a channel for creativity, intuition, and connection.

As our community continues to grow, so does our vision. We are embracing many expressions of frequency, healing, and consciousness—from sound therapy and energy work to intuitive art, movement, creativity, and community connection. We believe healing is not one path, but many paths leading back to ourselves.

HOLDING ON TO HOPE🐦‍⬛

For over 26 years, I've sat with people in some of their most uncomfortable moments—physical pain, emotional wounds, stress, grief, uncertainty, and the stories the body carries long after the mind wants to move on.
As a massage therapist and owner of Lakeside Wellness & Apothecary in Flower Mound, I've learned that our bodies are always communicating. They reveal patterns, hold memories, and often tell the truth before we're ready to hear it.
My work isn't about fixing people. It's about listening deeply, holding space, and drawing from a toolbox built through years of experience, intuition, and a community of gifted practitioners. Whether through massage, facials, energy healing, vibroacoustic therapy, or simply being witnessed in a safe space, healing begins when we feel seen.
The common thread through every session, every conversation, and every person who walks through our doors is hope.
