Bittersweet Monday. We got to welcome some familiar faces back into the gym, and there’s nothing better than seeing women we’ve missed walk through those doors again.
But we also had to say goodbye to one of our very best. ❤️ We will miss you Michelle Lay Abbo!

We didn’t capture them all, but thank you to every woman who brought a friend through our doors this week. Whether she came for one workout, tried a few classes, or found her new favorite place to train—we’re so glad she was here!

There’s something pretty special about women encouraging women to get stronger, try something new, and be part of a community.

One year ago, this incredible lady walked into my garage gym and showed me exactly what an 80-year-old woman is capable of—even if she had never worked out before.

She became the inspiration behind our Ageless Strength class and the reason I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful women who refuse to let age, life circumstances, or health challenges dictate what they can accomplish.

I am so incredibly thankful for her, for her courage to start, and for everything she has contributed to Iron Fortress. ❤️

Here’s to proving that it’s never too late to get started. 💪
