The next step on the path...

Hello friends and clients,

I have been using essential oils in my work since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2000. The first place I worked was a very large world-class spa in Columbus Ohio. They gave us a great line of essential oil products and told us to use them in our sessions. No training, no education. This book in the photo became my bible! A decade later, after lots of self- directed study, I was invited to give a lecture at Loyola Law School about Stress Management and Aromatherapy. That was a big affirmation!

Fast forward to 2014, when the essential oil boom was in full swing. I went to my first Young Living 101 class. I began to understand that not all oils are created equally. I was obsessed with understanding how they can be best utilized. I came across something called Raindrop Technique and knew then that I had to learn. I searched for a teacher.... and found the classes were few and far between in our area, and there were no teachers nearby. I vowed to become a teacher and fill that gap.

Here we are over a decade later and I am inching closer to becoming a Certified CARE Instructor. My next step is to complete a CARE Intensive as an assistant to the instructor. I'll need more practicum, so I'm looking for clients who want to receive this potent healing modality over the next few weeks.

Please text me to schedule 985-260-5030?

You can find what you need, even in the mess.

Doing shop renos - and I can't wait to show y'all once it's done.... but maaaan this week was rough!

I took a few minutes to work on organizing this tool bag AGAIN for the umpteenth time. I found what I needed and set the rest aside. The poignant moment wasn't lost on me. In the mess of life, sometimes we just need one small thing - one seemingly insignificant but very important tool to help us get through and make progress on some nitty gritty work. We sometimes have to look into the mess and find the tools that make life livable.

What small tool will you use today to help you be you? For me sometimes this is breath, a drop off essential oil, a cup of tea, a brief stretch... all small and seemingly insignificant tools that are always accessible to me, which can connect me back to mySelf, as well as that source of inner wisdom that soothes me in the mess, that I call God.

(I then texted my son, who is the one most likely to UNorganize my tool bag, and said, "whyyyyy do you hate me lol".. and he asked me if i found what i needed and I told him I did. We had a good laugh. Laughter is one of those tools.
