Dr. Anna Rashidi didn’t just build a pharmacy—she built a completely different standard of care. As the founder of Innovative Compounding Pharmacy, she created one of the region’s first compounding-only pharmacies, centered on precision, personalization, and truly patient-specific medicine.

A graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, she went on to establish the only ACHC-accredited facility for both sterile and non-sterile compounding in the Sacramento region. Under her leadership, the pharmacy has earned Style Magazine’s Readers’ Choice Award for 16 consecutive years—proof of both trust and consistency.

But her impact doesn’t stop at the counter. Dr. Rashidi is a Distinguished Fellow of the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding (APC), a national educator, and an advocate helping shape the future of her field.

And just as important, she’s deeply community-rooted—contributing 200+ volunteer hours in Folsom and El Dorado Hills while continuing to lead at a national level.
