The art of the arm lift. 📐✨

When performing a brachioplasty, my goal is always twofold: achieving a beautifully contoured, firmer arm profile, and keeping downtime and scarring as minimal as possible.
As you can see in these before-and-after results, the excess skin has been removed to create a sleeker, more toned appearance.

🔍 Where is the scar?
Scar placement is everything! There is no way to do a brachioplasty without a scar, but I carefully place the scar right along the underside of the arm, making it virtually unnoticeable during normal daily activities.

Swipe to see how we addressed the lower eyelids using a triple-threat combination for the most natural, seamless result:
1. Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty: Removing the “bags” from the inside of the lid (no external scars!).
2. Fat Grafting: Using the patient’s own tissue to fill the tear troughs, eliminating that tired, hollow look.
