🩸 QUESTIONING IF YOU’RE ELIGIBLE TO DONATE BLOOD? 🩸

You might be surprised — you may be able to donate even if you think you can’t!

We’ve heard several people say, “I would donate, but I don’t think I’m eligible.” Before you count yourself out, ASK! ❤️

Things like certain medications, health conditions, tattoos, travel, age, or past medical history do not automatically mean you can’t donate. Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances, and the blood center can tell you for sure.

👉 Don’t disqualify yourself before you even try.

Call or check with your local blood center and let them determine whether you’re eligible.

Every eligible donor matters. Every donation matters. And for patients battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) like Mom, blood and platelet donors can be an essential part of getting through treatment. 🩸❤️

🚨 WE NEED 15 PRE-REGISTERED DONORS! 🚨

Here’s the deal, Village… The Blood Center requires at least 15 people to pre-register before they will send the bloodmobile to us! 🩸

So we’re making those first 15 commitments extra special. ❤️

🎁 THE FIRST 15 PEOPLE TO PRE-REGISTER WILL GET FIRST PICK OF ONE OF OUR RAFFLE GIFTS! 🎁

That’s right — instead of waiting for the raffle, our first 15 registered donors get to choose a gift from the amazing donations we’ve received!

But more importantly, those first 15 people are the ones who make this entire blood drive possible.

Mom is battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), and blood donors have become an essential part of keeping her — and so many other cancer patients — fighting.

Can I just take a minute to brag on someone? 💚

A while back, we welcomed Prancing Peony Spa to The Village Collective, and today I finally got to experience one of Audrey's massages for myself.

Y'all...it was AMAZING.

Life gets busy, and like so many of us, I tend to put myself last. Today, I decided to take an hour for myself, and I'm so glad I did.

From the second I walked in, I felt the stress start to melt away. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and so calming. But what really stood out was Audrey. She took the time to ask about my problem areas, listened to what my body has been dealing with, and then worked her magic. Her touch is gentle when it needs to be and therapeutic where it counts. You can tell she truly knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about helping people feel better.

I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with so much less tension than when I walked in. Honestly, I was asking myself why I waited so long!

✨ Another Client Win at MedExcel Wellness! ✨

Sometimes the greatest transformations are the ones we never see coming.

She originally came to MedExcel for one reason—to support her husband.

She wanted to learn how to prepare healthier meals, support his journey, and help him become the healthiest version of himself. Every appointment, every meal she prepared, every change she made was for him.
