Why Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a practice of deep rest and healing. Unlike active styles of yoga, restorative postures are fully supported with props and held for longer periods of time, allowing the body and mind to completely relax. I love this practice especially this time of year. It provides an opportunity to slow down, to settle and let the outside world fall away.
