At Omkara, I offer energy healing, Reiki, sound healing, crystal singing bowls, and spiritual guidance. My work is rooted in yogic philosophy and is centered around creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more balance.

We meet the same lessons with a new understanding, moving up a ring to be able to use more tools and perspective toward the experience. This is a beautiful expansion of that concept. To not only think of it as a spiral but a Fibonacci spiral. Growing outward as well as upward. Broadening the scope of what you can see. Such beautiful insight.
