Grateful for each and every one of my clients and each time I get to help them heal! ✨

Wondering what the heck is going on in this video? 👇
My amazing client booked our 5-session starter package for lymphatic drainage massage immediately after returning from her post-op appointment!

Why is lymphatic drainage so essential after surgery?

It is a crucial part of the recovery process that helps target:
• Fluid retention and swelling
• Post-op bloating
• Deep tissue inflammation
When planning any surgical procedure, remember that your post-op aftercare including lymphatic drainage is just as important as the surgery itself!

A quick behind-the-scenes note: I always try to keep my sessions feeling casual, relaxing, and completely normal, so I rarely bring out my phone. I am so incredibly thankful to this client for capturing this great content and giving me permission to share it with you all! 💕

💌 Planning a procedure or currently in recovery? Send me a DM today to see how a lymphatic drainage package can help speed up your healing!

Your body deserves more for all the work it puts in! The long hours on your feet, the ability to make life work for you everyday and literally holding you up during the hard times!

Take the time to give your body the therapeutic care it deserves with massage therapy.

Did you know 1 hour of massage is equivalent to 7-8 hours of sleep? A total rest and reset for body 😴

Each session is tailored to each individuals need and their goals, whether its to indulge in a lighter pressure massage with attention to their hands and feet or a deeper therapeutic massage using pressure points to relieve pain in hips and joints through stretching. Or a combination of both ☺️

Always contact for booking information ✨️
