WE’RE HAVING A PARTY 🎉

Strength & Grace Collective is officially celebrating our Grand Opening — but even more than that, we’re celebrating this incredible community.

What started as a little dream to create a different kind of space for women has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of: a place to get stronger, make friends, bring your babies, try something new, ask for help, take up space, and feel supported through all the different seasons life throws at us.

So on Saturday, September 12th from 11–2, we’re opening the doors and inviting you to come see what we’ve been busy building. 🤍

Come by anytime to:
✨ Tour the Collective + meet our coaches
✨ Learn about our strength, nutrition + wellness offerings
✨ Meet some of the incredible local professionals we trust and love
✨ Eat some really good food
✨ Enter raffles + giveaways
✨ And, because obviously we can’t have a Strength & Grace party without lifting something heavy… try your hand at our sled push/pull competition. 💪

Already a member? This party is for you. Bring your family, bring a friend, come hang out and let us celebrate you.

Never stepped foot inside Strength & Grace? This party is for you, too. No workout required. No awkward sales pitch. Just come say hi, look around, meet some good humans, and see what we’re all about.

Fall Mama Strong: Foundations registration is OPEN 🌿

Having a baby changes a lot. Your body, your routines, your priorities, your identity…and figuring out how the heck to start taking care of you again can feel like a lot.

Mama Strong: Foundations was created to give you a place to start.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll work on rebuilding strength, reconnecting with your core + pelvic floor, returning to the movements and activities you love, and helping you feel more confident in your body again.

But honestly? The workout is only part of it.

It’s also a reason to get out of the house. A place where you can show up with your baby, feed them, change them, bounce them, stop mid-set because somebody is losing their mind 😅 — and nobody bats an eye.

It’s a room full of other women navigating the same weird, wonderful, exhausting season of life.

🌿 Fall Foundations begins September 14th
🗓️ Mon/Weds 12-1pm
👶 Babies are welcome (and expected 😉)
🏋️‍♀️ No previous strength training experience needed

We also never want finances to be the reason someone misses out on the support, movement, and community they need. 🤍 Full and partial scholarships are available for those experiencing financial hardship. We have a short, confidential scholarship application — just reach out and I’ll send you the link.

Come rebuild your strength, find your people, and start feeling a little more like you again.

Spots are limited — registration is open now using the link below!🌿

Level 1 Mat Pilates is coming in September!

And full disclosure: I know approximately nothing about Pilates. 😂 Which is exactly why I’m taking this series right alongside you.

What I do know is that I’m always looking for ways to help our women get stronger, move better, recover well, and keep doing the things they love for a really long time.

And Pilates? Turns out it makes a pretty great sidekick to strength training.

We’re talking:
→ core + pelvic stability
→ muscular endurance
→ improving range of motion
→ control + body awareness
→ a lower-impact way to move and recover between lifting days

So when Rachel Sandage offered to bring a Level 1 Mat Pilates series to the Collective, it felt like a pretty easy YES.

This is a 4-week series, so you actually get a chance to learn the foundational movements and build on them week to week — not just drop into one class and wonder what the heck everyone else is doing. 😂

And Level 1 does not mean “easy.” It means approachable. No Pilates experience required.

📅 Fridays at 9:30am
Starts September 4th
4-week series
$99 general registration
$79 current Collective members
Child-free class

* Only 8 spots available*

But maaaaybe if we fill Rachel’s class and convince her that you all love Pilates…we can talk her into giving us more of it. 😏

Come try something new with me!

Meet Jannelle.

Jannelle has been training with me since 2024—back when we were training in rented gym space, then my garage gym, and now here at Strength & Grace Collective. She’s one of our OGs, and watching her journey has been such a privilege.

She lives out one of our biggest beliefs: that there are endless options, not limitations.

Like so many women, Jannelle has dealt with nagging hip and knee issues over the years. But instead of letting them define what she can do, she’s embraced modifications, adjusted when needed, and continues to challenge herself in ways that honor her body—not fight against it.

(That said… don’t let the modifications fool you. 😏 She’ll humble just about anyone on an upper-body day and holds some of Lift Club’s top bench press numbers.)

Outside the gym, Jannelle is an accomplished horsewoman with a new passion for cutting—a sport that demands strength, power, balance, quick reactions, and the ability to stay centered through every fast turn and stop. The stronger she becomes, the more confidently she can keep doing what she loves.

That’s what Strong in Every Season is all about.

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier weights. It’s about building a body that lets you keep saying “yes” to the life you want to live—for years to come.

Here’s to many more years in the saddle, Jannelle. We’re lucky to have you. 💚

The whole vision behind being a Collective was to create a space where other women could share their passion, expertise, and unique gifts—helping us build stronger and more resilient women in every season of life.

I’ve never wanted this to be the “Rachael show.” My hope has always been to surround myself with incredible women, learn from one another, and create specialized programs that serve the unique needs of the women and girls in our community.

So if you’ve ever had a “crazy little idea”…

A program you’ve always wished existed.
A population of women or girls you’re passionate about serving.
A specialty you’ve dreamed of building.

I want to hear it.

No polished business plan required. Just a passion for helping women thrive. 🩷 Shoot your shot.

➡️What’s the difference between Lift Club and Build?

Our MOST Frequently Asked Question —

Follow up questions:

Q: Do I have to have little kids or bring my kids to Build?
A: Nope, but you do have to be okay with other kids, crying, and mild to moderate levels of controlled chaos AND being part of a super cool community/village of mamas

Q: Do I have to be 60+ to train in that class?
A: Nope, it’s the same programming, but it is a 90 min class to allow for more individualized coaching, customizations, and mobility work

Also—👀peep that 4 day Upper/Lower Split Lift Club membership that is coming *in September* - Coach Rachael is currently maxed out for coaching capacity this summer, but come fall, get ready to take your training to the next level!💪🏼
