There’s more than one way to RESET. 🌿

Sometimes it’s a deep breath, a walk outside, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

At The Reset, it’s stepping into your own private suite, unwinding with infrared sauna or red light therapy, and taking a little time just for YOU. 🤍

✨ Our Founders Memberships are still available! Make your reset part of your routine and enjoy our special founding member pricing.

Book your next session or explore memberships in The Reset Forest Lake app or online at www.theresetmn.com

Reset your body, reset your mind.

It's not just about how deeply the light penetrates it's about how your body uses that energy. All light therapy works by delivering light energy that your cells can absorb. This energy supports key biological processes, helping your body heal and perform at its best.

Happy Monday! 🤍

Remember to take time for YOU.

Before your week fills up with everyone else’s needs, make a little room for your own. Slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy some quiet time in a private suite at The Reset.

Whether you choose infrared sauna or red light therapy, let this be your reminder: you deserve a moment to recharge, too. ✨

Reset your body. Reset your mind.

Once red light therapy becomes part of your routine, you may find that different times of day suit different goals ☀️ In the morning, exposure to red wavelengths supports cellular energy, helping you feel ready for the day and complementing your morning routine.

🌙 At the end of the day, red wavelengths are less disruptive to melatonin than blue-rich light, supporting your wind-down, overnight skin repair and restorative rest.

But there's no single perfect time. The best time is the one that works for your routine and helps you stay consistent. 💛
