Collins Driving School is proud to serve as a State of Georgia Approved Georgia Driver’s Education Grant Scholarship Program Provider. This scholarship opportunity is available to Georgia residents ages 15 through 17 who possess a valid Georgia Instructional Permit or Driver’s License and are seeking to fulfill the Joshua’s Law driver’s education and Behind-The-Wheel driving lessons requirement.

Through this program, eligible students may complete the required 30 hours of classroom instruction along with 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction with a certified and approved instructor. Collins Driving School is committed to supporting students and families throughout the process by providing guidance and the necessary information regarding where and how to submit scholarship applications.

Our goal is to help young drivers gain the education, skills, and confidence needed to become safe and responsible drivers while easing the financial burden for qualifying families.

Great news! We currently have Behind-the-Wheel driving lesson openings available for the upcoming weeks. Students do not need to wait until completion of the Joshua’s Law Class to begin Behind-the-Wheel lessons. However, must have a valid non-expired learner's permit.

Additionally, if your student has already completed their required Behind-the-Wheel lessons and would like additional practice time, extra lessons are available for purchase.

We are excited to connect with students who are preparing to earn their learner’s permit or driver’s license and to share how our Georgia DDS-approved programs can help them become safe, responsible, and confident drivers.

During today’s school event, we are:
