TEHW Health and Wellness was proud to attend the 2025 Healthy Business Awards on June 4, 2026, at CareFirst Headquarters in Columbia, Maryland.

This Men’s Health Month, take a few minutes for yourself and schedule your preventive health screening.

Whether it's your annual physical, blood pressure check, cholesterol screening, or other recommended preventive care, now is the time to make your health a priority.

Members with Kaiser Permanente or CareFirst can use their member apps to find a primary care doctor and schedule an appointment. Preventive care visits are just a $15 copay, payable with a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card.

You take care of your route, passengers, and family every day.

Enjoy participating in fun activities such as a mobile gym and get your wellness screenings on the mobile health van.

Members who complete their wellness screenings will get a $25 gift card.
