Obviously I haven't posted in quite some time. Life has had some changes, but I still have my passion for health and fitness. I was juicing tonight and figured I'd share my thoughts.
Tonight I made celery and carrot juice. It's definitely an acquired taste 🤷♀️. I know there are those that criticize juicing, which I do understand. When you juice, much of the fiber comes out in the pulp, which many throw away.
Did you know you can use the pulp so you aren't losing the fiber?! I kept the pulp and will sneak it into muffins (🤫 don't tell my kids). You can add the pulp to muffins, breads, casseroles, salads, and even simmer in broth for extra flavor.
It's not everyone's cup of tea but thought I'd share ♥️ Below is a picture of the pulp after juicing carrots, not a container of cheese puffs 🤣
