Look at who we have here. Introducing AMAR's newest rescue, Chloe, who just came to us in southeast GA. She's estimated at between 2 and 4 years of age, and her foster thinks she's closer to being 2. She was an owner surrender who was adopted from a shelter and the couple felt they couldn't keep up with her energy. We see their point, so we'll be looking for an active family for her to work off that energy. She's house trained and a sweetheart. Chloe loves toys and will come up for a head scratch and then flip over in a millisecond for a tummy scratch. She needs all her vetting done before she's available for adoption, but we'll keep you posted.

Josie is an 11-year-old Maltipoo who's mastered the art of balance — playful when the mood strikes, perfectly content curled up in your lap the rest of the time. At just 14.5 lbs, she's the ultimate blend of spunky and snuggly.

Josie has a few great loves in life: her stuffed toys (she's got opinions about her favorites), mealtime, and affection — she'll happily soak up all the pets, cuddles, and attention you're willing to give. And for anyone worried about the practical stuff — she's perfectly housetrained, so you can skip straight to the fun part of having a dog.

She's past the destructive puppy phase and settled into knowing exactly what makes her happy. If you're looking for a companion who's equal parts playmate and lap warmer, Josie is ready to bring that joy into your home.

Samantha with her sweet soulful eyes embodies the very spirit of love. Someone will be very lucky to call this little one theirs. Samantha is 6.7 pounds and was 4 years old on May 15. She loves to dance with her paws in the air when she sees you, loves to sit on your lap and loves a tummy rub. Samantha likes to play with her toys, she doesn’t always want to share them but would do best with another calm dog to snuggle with when you’re not home. She loves older respectful kids, is unbothered by cats and uses piddle pads to go potty. Samantha wasn’t allowed outside in her previous life so she is learning that outside can be fun and she likes to go for a walk. Apply to adopt this little one quickly because she will go fast!

Located in NEWMANSTOWN, PA.........
This is Daisy, estimated to be about a year old. Anyone that adopts Daisy into their home will not be disappointed. She is a gem. Potty trained for the most part but will use a p*e pad if not taken out regularly. The perfect home for Daisy would be someone young enough to deal with her energy and she has ALOT of it! Also it would be great for her to have another fur-brother or fur-sister to play with. She loves loves loves to play with other dogs. It would also be great for her to have a fenced yard and she loves to do zoomies daily. Like I said, she has ALOT of energy. She will give kisses non-stop to you and any visitors that come to your home. She loves everyone. She is crate trained but I rarely use it unless I leave the house because she is too rambunctious for my senior crew. She sits with you when you relax and will sleep all night in bed with me. Anyone looking for a perfect loyal little buddy?

* Meet JAKE*

Jake is a sweet, easygoing senior pup who LOVES people and gets along fabulously with other dogs (he is currently fostered in a home w/2 other Maltys). He bonds quickly with his person and thrives on affection and quickly learns boundaries set for him. He walks well on a leash, enjoys going for walks and is easy to redirect. He’s also great with children and shows his gentle side when interacting with them. Jake is generally a quiet dog and not much of a barker. He may experience some separation anxiety and cry when first left alone, but seems to be improving in his foster home. He gets along well with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, rides well in the car, and appears to be fully potty trained. Due to the previous neglect he’s endured, he has had to have a number of his teeth pulled and should probably remain on soft food.

He would thrive in a home where he can spend plenty of time with his family and will make a wonderful addition to a lucky household.
