Does cold and flu season got you feeling down or stressed? It can be overwhelming when your family gets sick. Often times it feels like when one child starts to get well, another child starts feeling ill, and you get stuck in this daunting cycle of sickness.

Although, good hand hygiene, restful sleep and proper nutrition can go a long way, sometimes you just need a little more to get them over the hump.

One of my most favorite things in the summer 🌻 is taking my kids to the local Farmer’s Market and going on a hunt to not only find some of our go-to faves but also find something new!

Fun way to be inspired to diversify their palate and feed that microbiome! … my son was just asking me the other day what kind of of corn popcorn comes from … and we found the answer 🌽 (without having to use Alexa or Google to find out 😉)
