Rocky Mountain Restore & Stretch Sound. Spirit. Healing. You are welcome here! What is a Gong Sound Bath? A sound and vibration transformation. Schedule sessions from 30 min to 3 hours.

Gongs have been used in healing ceremonies and celebrations for thousands of years. The Gong is a sound healing instrument capable of assisting us in our whole health journeys. The Gong sounds and vibrations can have long lasting and positive influences on anxiety, stress, anger, trauma, grief…life...the experience and environmental effects of our modern lifestyle that negatively impact us and manifest on many levels. Reported gong benefits:

Aid in deep relaxation - greater stillness, contentment. Be a gateway for those who feel resistant to meditation
Improve concentration and memory
Reduce anxiety and stress
Help move emotional and physical blockages
Stimulate altered states of consciousness
Relieve and reduce pain
Improve mood or negative emotions
Improve sleep quality
Create clarity and balance
Enhance creativity and more

The Gong doesn't require…wifi, an upgrade, newest edition or microphone. All you need to do is lay comfortably and listen/feel with your whole body. What To Expect with Rocky Mountain Gong Journeys LLC :

We begin most sessions with some gentle breath work and a full body energy routine to prepare the mind and body to receive followed by a deep relaxation, fully clothed, lying down or in a seated position. You are then "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of The Gong to enhance deep meditation and healing. A blanket is recommended as you will
Once The Gong finishes, we process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes. Release, Receive, Renew

A gong meditation is THE ULTIMATE SOUND & VIBRATION TRANSFORMATION. Private, Individual or group at your site or ours. Please contact us or visit our website for more information.
