But “I look tired,” “my face feels different,” or “I just don’t feel as fresh as I used to” doesn’t automatically translate to needing more volume.

Sometimes what you’re noticing is skin laxity. Sometimes it’s texture, sun damage, changes in collagen, dynamic lines, or a combination of several things.

Your injector should be able to tell you no.

No, you don’t need more filler right now.
No, we don’t think that treatment will give you the result you’re looking for.
No, we wouldn’t recommend treating that area.
Or sometimes…no, we don’t think you need to do anything at all.

At FĀSE, only nurses perform our injectable treatments, and that’s intentional. In Colorado, that actually isn't a requirement, but it is to us.

Injectables are medical treatments. They require an understanding of anatomy, assessment, proper dosing, potential complications, and most importantly, the judgment to know when not to inject.

Sometimes the best treatment plan means using less product. Sometimes it means recommending something completely different. Sometimes it means waiting. And sometimes it means telling you that the thing you're worried about doesn't need to be “fixed.”

We'd rather lose the sale than give you a treatment we don't believe is safe for you.

Because choosing an injector shouldn't just be about finding someone who can give you Botox or filler. It should be about finding someone you trust to look at the whole picture, make thoughtful recommendations, prioritize your safety, and be willing to tell you “no” when that's the right answer.
